Ana Stefaniuk, MA

Ana provides a calm and empathic atmosphere for clients to discuss their personal concerns. She tailors therapy sessions based on the needs of her clients while simultaneously providing practical techniques for daily use. Her clients learn new skills, including: cognitive thought restructuring, relaxation and relationship enhancement. Psychological testing and art therapy are incorporated in sessions as needed. As a counselor, her ultimate goal is to assist clients who are seeking to reach high peak modes of functioning and improve their lives.

Ana received her graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College and has been working with Mark MacDonald & Associates since 2013. She has conversational proficiency in Romanian and Spanish.
